What does the routine look like with both products?

We recommend that you start with one treatment per day with each product. Fodlux Pro has a built-in timer of 15 minutes, while CloudMat Pro's neck massage turns off after 15 minutes and the rest of the mat after 20 minutes, so both products turn off automatically when the time is up.

Once you have gotten used to it, you can easily use both Fodlux Pro and CloudMat Pro several times daily, for example Fodlux Pro for the feet and CloudMat Pro for the neck, back, and body in the same routine. How often you use them is entirely up to you and your needs; some settle for one daily treatment with each product to unwind, while others do several sessions during the day to keep pain and tension down.

If you have a lot of pain, we recommend placing a towel between your foot and the device when using Fodlux Pro at the beginning, so the heat and massage feel gentler while you get used to it.

Is the wellness package made for all sizes?

Fodlux Pro fits all foot types and sizes, and CloudMat Pro is made for all body sizes and heights, with no limitations for either product. The flexible massage surface on Fodlux Pro adapts to the shape of your foot, whether you have a high or low arch, wide or narrow feet.
